Welcome to Dark Moon Coaching LLC. We are an outpatient dual treatment (mental health and substance use/addictions) clinic. We are based in Salt Lake County but provide outreach for Salt Lake County, Utah County and Davis County. We also offer Telehealth for those who are needing coaching but cannot attend in person or are out of state. We are glad you found us! Together we can turn unstable to able!
